Thank you for visiting my blog.

I started MakeChef in 2012 without a clear idea of the types of food I wanted to share.
With time, and I guess with more grey hair with every passing month, eating healthy has become increasingly important for me.
Whenever possible, I make things from scratch in order to have a better control over what I eat.
I also tend to cut down on salt and sugar content in most recipes.
If your body handles sweet and salty foods better than mine (lucky you!!!), please feel free to adjust the recipes to your taste.
