Recipe: Split Pea Fritters
- 1 ½ cup split peas, soaked overnight and then coarsely ground in food processor
- ½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 bird eye chillies (less if you prefer less spicy)
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Form ½″ diameter balls with the dough.
- Deep fry over medium high heat.
Number of servings (yield): 4
